How to Serve Your Landlord

If you are suing your landlord, have the property owner served. Opens new window  If the landlord has a manager for the property, you may serve the manager instead.

  • Your landlord's name, address and phone number should be on your lease, or posted on 2 places on the property that are in plain sight. 
  • You can also get the address from your local tax assessor's office. Opens new window
